How does free cancellation work?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. If it lands early or late, your pickup time moves with it and your driver waits for you. You do not need to contact us.
Where do I meet my driver?
Your driver waits at the arrivals hall with a name sign. You receive the driver's name, phone number and vehicle plate by email before your trip.
Is waiting time free?
Yes. Your driver waits for you after landing at no extra cost. The free waiting time depends on the airport and the transfer company and is shown when you book.
How do I pay?
You pay by credit or debit card when you book. Payments are protected with 3D Secure and the price is fixed.
There is no price for my route. What can I do?
Request an offer from the search results. Our team contacts local transfer companies and sends you a personal offer by email.
