These terms apply when you search for or book a transfer on Vonaride.com, through our website or apps. By completing a booking you accept them. Please read them together with our Cancellation and Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. What Vonaride.com does

Vonaride.com is a booking platform. We connect you with independent, licensed transport companies ("transport providers") who carry out the transfer. When you book, we arrange the transfer with a transport provider on your behalf, take your payment and remain your point of contact before, during and after the journey.

2. Prices

• The price shown before you pay is the total price for the selected vehicle, route, date and number of passengers. It is a fixed price: it does not change because of traffic or the route the driver takes.
• The price applies to the details you entered. If you change the pickup or drop-off point, the date, the number of passengers or add a return journey, the price is recalculated.
• Optional extras are only included if they are listed in your booking summary.

3. Booking and confirmation

• Your booking is accepted once your payment has been completed successfully. We then send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
• We assign a transport provider and send you the driver's name, phone number and the vehicle's registration plate as soon as they are confirmed, and again in a reminder before your journey.
• Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us straight away if any detail is wrong.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger, contact and pickup details. For airport pickups, a correct flight number is required so that your flight can be tracked.
• Make sure the number of passengers and the amount of luggage fit the vehicle class you selected. Tell us in advance about child seats or special assistance.
• Be at the agreed meeting point at the pickup time. Follow the driver's reasonable instructions and local laws during the journey.

5. Flight tracking and delays

For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing time. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, contact us as soon as possible so that we can rearrange or cancel your transfer.

6. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. The full terms, including what happens if a transport provider cannot carry out your transfer, are in our Cancelaciones y reembolsos. To change a booking, contact us; changes are subject to availability and may change the price.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to passenger transport services booked for a specific date or period. Our own free cancellation period above applies instead.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

8. Liability

• The transport provider is responsible for performing the transfer safely and in line with the law, including licensing and insurance of the vehicle and driver.
• We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. If a transfer we confirmed does not take place because of us or the transport provider, we will refund the price you paid for it.
• We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures, strikes or acts of authorities, or for indirect losses such as missed flights or connections, except where the law does not allow us to exclude this liability.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of the journey, with your booking number. We will look into it with the transport provider and reply within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
