Cancellation and Refunds
Последнее обновление: 1 ноября 2026 г.
Cancelling your booking
| When you cancel | Refund |
|---|---|
| 24 hours or more before the pickup time | Full refund |
| Less than 24 hours before the pickup time | No refund |
| You do not show up at the agreed meeting point (no-show) | No refund |
To cancel, use the cancellation request option in your account or contact us with your booking number. The 24 hours are counted from the pickup time shown in your booking, in the local time of the pickup location.
If we or the transport provider cancel
If your transfer cannot be carried out because of us or the transport provider, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund, at your choice.
Flight cancellations and delays
Flight delays are covered by flight tracking and do not require a new booking. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, contact us as soon as possible. If you tell us before the driver has set off, we will cancel your transfer with a full refund or move it to a new time where possible.
Changes
Changes to the date, time, route, passengers or vehicle can be requested by contacting us. They depend on availability and may change the price. A change requested less than 24 hours before pickup is treated like a cancellation if it cannot be accommodated.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We start the refund within 5 business days of the cancellation; your bank or card provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
